Dear Customers,

We would like to inform you about an upcoming emergency maintenance on the Ymonitor platform.

Background
This maintenance activity involves some changes that we must deploy to prevent service disruptions that are caused by a service failure of Amazon MQ (please see the incident and postmortem of November 7th for more details).

When
From 22:30 (CET) on November 9, 2022 until 1:30 (CET) on November 10, 2022.

Impact
During the maintenance window, some alerts and their notifications might be delayed for up to 15 minutes. This includes also the positive alert notifications and the API endpoints that involve alerting data.
